Return & Exchange Policy
At TIMESQUARE, we ensure that every watch is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. To maintain fairness and transparency for both our customers and our business, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the start, showing:
The sealed outer packaging
The shipping label clearly visible
The seal being opened
The product being taken out from the package
The video must be recorded in one continuous shot without pause or edits.
⚠️ If the customer does not have the sealed package opening video from start to finish, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Conditions for Acceptance
The watch must be unused and in original condition.
All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact.
The product must not show any signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or damage caused by the customer.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the request will be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
No unboxing video provided
Video is edited, unclear, or recorded after opening the package
Minor colour variation due to photography or lighting
Change of mind after purchase
Damage caused due to misuse
5. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, pickup will be arranged.
After we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed.
If the product fails quality inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed (if eligible under the above conditions).
